Day 2 Event Finals - 2025 Tashkent World Challenge Cup

Today marks the final day of the 2025 World Challenge Cup in Artistic Gymnastics from Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Kerem Sener of Turkiye has withdrawn from the Parallel Bars and Horizontal Bar finals due to injury and will be replaced by Germany's Anton Bulka and Uzbekistan's Ravshan Kamiljanov respectively. Updated with the 2 separate vault scores. Uzbekistan's Abdulaziz Mirvaliev won the Vault title over Chinese Taipei's TSENG Wei-Sheng with Bulgarian Daniel Trifonov earning the bronze medal. Uzbekistan's Akhrorkhon Temirkhonov won the Parallel Bars title over Kazakhstan's Ilyas Azizov and Dmitriy Patanin who finished with the silver and bronze respectively. Mert Efe Kilicer of Turkiye won the Horizontal Bar title over Daniel Trifonov of Bulgaria with Armenia's Robert Gyulumyan finishing in third place.

Algeria's Kaylia Nemour won the Balance Beam title over Uzbekistan's Odinakhon Robidjonova and Kazakhstan's Korkem Yerbossynkyzy. Croatia's Antea Sikic Kaucic won the Floor Exercise honours over Iceland's Hildur Maja Gudmundsdottir and Individual Neutral Athlete Kira Maharevich.

2025 European Artistic Gymnastics Championships

The 2025 European Championships in Artistic Gymnastics is set to be held in Leipzig, Germany from the 26th to 31st May 2025. Within this competition, we will see Team Competition, Individual All Around, and Apparatus Finals. This will also see the first Mixed Team Final which will see the top 16 teams made up of 1 Male and 1 Female from their qualifying nations compete. Day 1 EF - 2024 MAG Asian Championships

Competition begins on the Floor Exercise for the first day of the Apparatus Finals at the 2024 Men's Asian Artistic Gymnastics Championships. Big hop on the second pass for Carlos Edriel Yulo. Solid through the remainder of the routine. Long wait for his score. His compatriot John Ivan Cruz is up next: Solid tumbling, hop forward on his front twisting pass, a good routine for him otherwise. Kazakhstan's Dmitriy Patanin - hop out of bounds on his first pass, some big tumbling and a solid routine. I feel like the lighting kept changing on him. Erkhembayar Usukhbayar - lands out of bounds on his first pass and a step back on the second pass, lovely spindles, looks like he steps out on his penultimate pass and a step to the side and low in his final pass. Day 2 EF - 2024 MAG Asian Championships

Today marks the final day of competition at the Asian MAG Championships in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The Senior Men's Vault, Parallel Bars and Horizontal Bar finals will be contested along with all six finals for the Junior Men (see separate post) for the Junior results. I had commitments for the final three finals for the Juniors, so will update the post with the scores when I can. ` Okay, Vault time. TRINH Hai Khang - Solid first vault, huge second vault but has to take a large step back. Juancho Miguel Besana - I missed his first vault but judging by the score it was great! Second vault - great in the air, just a step off to the side. Carlos Edriel Yulo - solid - just low chest on the landing of his first vault; Floats in the air on his second vault, small sideways step on the landing.
