2025 Cairo Apparatus World Cup - Event Finals Day 2

The final day of competition is underway at the Cairo International Stadium with the 2025 Cairo Apparatus World Cup coming to a close today. Morocco's Salina Bousmayo comes into the Balance Beam final to replace Uzbekistan's Lobar Amrillaeva. Algeria's Kaylia Nemour picked up her second gold medal, this time on Balance Beam with JO Kyong Byol (PRK) earning silver and Bulgarian Valentina Georgieva the bronze medal. On the Men's side, consistency paid off for Armenian Artur Davtyan, who outclassed the field earning the title over Ukraine's Nazar Chepurnyi and Uzbekistan's Abdulaziz Mirvaliev. 

On the Women's Floor Exercise, Egypt's own Jana Mahmoud won the title with Kaylia Nemour (ALG) and CHON Jin A (PRK) finishing second and third respectively. On the Parallel Bars, Egyptian Omar Mohamed finished first with Switzerland's Noe Seifert and Uzbekistan's Rasuljon Abdurakhimov finishing in second and third respectively. The Horizontal Bar title went to Kazakhstan's Milad Karimi, who won over Cyprus' Marios Georgiou and Switzerland's Noe Seifert.

2025 European Artistic Gymnastics Championships

The 2025 European Championships in Artistic Gymnastics is set to be held in Leipzig, Germany from the 26th to 31st May 2025. Day 1 EF - 2024 MAG Asian Championships

Competition begins on the Floor Exercise for the first day of the Apparatus Finals at the 2024 Men's Asian Artistic Gymnastics Championships. Big hop on the second pass for Carlos Edriel Yulo. Solid through the remainder of the routine. Long wait for his score. His compatriot John Ivan Cruz is up next: Solid tumbling, hop forward on his front twisting pass, a good routine for him otherwise. Kazakhstan's Dmitriy Patanin - hop out of bounds on his first pass, some big tumbling and a solid routine. I feel like the lighting kept changing on him. Erkhembayar Usukhbayar - lands out of bounds on his first pass and a step back on the second pass, lovely spindles, looks like he steps out on his penultimate pass and a step to the side and low in his final pass. Day 2 EF - 2024 MAG Asian Championships

Today marks the final day of competition at the Asian MAG Championships in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The Senior Men's Vault, Parallel Bars and Horizontal Bar finals will be contested along with all six finals for the Junior Men (see separate post) for the Junior results. I had commitments for the final three finals for the Juniors, so will update the post with the scores when I can. ` Okay, Vault time. TRINH Hai Khang - Solid first vault, huge second vault but has to take a large step back. Juancho Miguel Besana - I missed his first vault but judging by the score it was great!
